The Raffle is open to Texas residents who are 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase. The Raffle is void where prohibited. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements.
A random drawing will be conducted on November 19 at 3:30 p.m. from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received, not to exceed 2,000. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or email. The winner will be required to present the ticket receipt and positive identification for verification within 3 days of being notified or an alternate winner will be selected.
The Prize is a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Nyle Maxwell Family of Dealerships. All applicable federal, state, and local tax associated with winning the Prize in the Raffle will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited has an MSRP of $51,690. This amount, less $100 cost of winning raffle ticket, is taxable income to the winner. Winner must complete Form W-9 and sign W-2G prior to receiving the Prize. Raffle ticket price is not tax deductible or refundable, except as may be required by applicable law. Prior to delivery, winner must remit payment of $12,405.60, which is 24% of the value of the Prize, to satisfy the mandatory U.S. income tax withholding. Winner must claim the Prize within 3 days of being notified and make tax payment on or before December 15, 2023. Winner must take possession of the Prize within 30 days of being notified. Prize redemption for cash is at the sole discretion of Nyle Maxwell Family of Dealerships. The winner will also be liable for the title and license fees and paperwork, if any.
